Heather Maas

Heather Maas is currently the Director at MILWAUKEE KICKERS SOCCER CLUB INC. Prior to that, they were with Luther Manor, a Life Plan Community, and Johnson Controls.

Heather started their career with Johnson Controls in December 2006 as part of the Texas payroll team. Heather quickly became proficient and was promoted to Shared Service Payroll Representative. In 2008, they were asked to join the Canada payroll team with the goal of becoming proficient in that payroll.

Heather led a small team on the BE Canadian payroll, which included the weekly union, weekly non-union, semi-monthly and bi-weekly payrolls. Heather also processed union and other monthly reports, and ensured deadlines were met. Heather ran year-end processes, including the preparation of Canadian employee tax documents.

Heather worked hard to improve the customer service provided to Canada, and was recognized for this by receiving a Merit Award in 2012.

Heather Maas completed their undergraduate degree in Communication at Carroll University and continued their education at Saint Francis High School.
