Lucas Skaaland is a Crime Analyst at the Milwaukee Police Department, a position held since November 2022. Prior to this role, Lucas worked as a Public Safety Telecommunicator and an Administrative Services Fellow for the Village of Bayside from June 2021 to November 2022, and volunteered at the Milwaukee Justice Center as a Forms Clinic Volunteer from September 2020 to May 2021, serving on the Student Advisory Board in Spring 2021. Lucas obtained a Master of Science in Criminal Justice/Crime Analysis from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, completing the degree in December 2023, and holds a Bachelor of Science in Criminology from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater, earned in May 2021.
