Heather Smith has extensive experience in library services, with a focus on reference assistance, library instruction, and information literacy. With a Master of Library and Information Science from Kent State University, Heather has worked at various institutions including Milwaukee Public Library, Oberlin College Library, and Kent State University. Their roles have included Reference Librarian, Diversity Intern Program Coordinator, University Orientation Instructor, and Stacks Maintenance Coordinator. Heather also has experience in business operations as a Business Manager for Oberlin College Press.
