Kirsten Thompson has been working at Milwaukee Public Library since 1997, currently serving as the Manager of Arts Humanities and Rare Books. Kirsten oversees staff, programming, and collections in two departments, including archival and special collections. Prior to this, Kirsten worked as a Librarian at the University of Wisconsin Milwaukee and has a degree in Library and Information Studies from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.
