Dawn Scher Thomae serves as the Anthropology Curator of Collections and Internship Coordinator at the Milwaukee Public Museum, a position held since January 1987. Additionally, Dawn's academic role includes serving as a Senior Lecturer and Co-Coordinator of the Museum Studies Program at the University of Wisconsin Milwaukee since September 1994. Dawn earned a Master's degree in Anthropology from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee and holds a Bachelor's degree in Anthropology and Museum Studies, along with a Museum Studies Certificate, from Beloit College, where studies were completed from 1982 to 1986.
