Nancy Merriman

Nancy Merriman has extensive experience in education and museum engagement. Currently serving as a docent at Milwaukee Public Museum since September 2005, Nancy conducts tours in the Streets of Old Milwaukee gallery and has held several leadership roles, including Chair of the Volunteer Council. Prior to this, Nancy worked as a course accreditation writer and data entry specialist at Action Pact Inc. from 2005 to 2011 and as an upper elementary educator in the School District of Greenfield for three decades, where contributions included curriculum development in math and reading and mentoring student teachers. Early career experiences include teaching roles in various school districts from 1965 to 1970. Nancy holds a Master of Science in Educational/Instructional Technology from Lesley University and a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education and Teaching from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
