Chuck Rozewicz is the current Chief Development Officer at Milwaukee Repertory Theater, Inc. Prior to their current position, Chuck served as the Director of Development for United Performing Arts Fund from October 2013 to October 2015.

Under Chuck's leadership, the United Performing Arts Fund raised more than $12 million dollars in 2015 to support the performing arts in Southeastern Wisconsin. As Director of Development, Chuck was responsible for overseeing the Accounting, Legal, and Business Partners/Manufacturing Campaign Divisions, as well as managing the Next Generation UPAF affinity program and the UPAF Campaign Loaned Executive program.

Chuck is a dedicated and experienced leader in the non-profit sector, with a passion for supporting the arts. Chuck has been instrumental in raising millions of dollars to support arts organizations and initiatives throughout their career. Chuck is committed to making a positive impact in their community, and they continue to work tirelessly to make sure that the arts are accessible to everyone.

Chuck Rozewicz has a Master of Science (M.S.) in Nonprofit Management and Leadership from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, as well as a Bachelor of Fine Arts - BFA in Film from the same school.

They work with Donald Parsons - Director, Venue Operations, Sean Walters - Technical Director, and Kimberly Carolus - Production Stage Manager. Chuck Rozewicz reports to Melissa Vartanian-Mikaelian, Managing Director. Amy Dorman - Director, Development, Morgen Clarey - Associate Director, Development, Events & Stewardship, and Amy Croen - Vice President, Development report to Chuck Rozewicz.
