Allison Katula, M.S., CPC, SHRM-CP, currently serves as the Assistant Director of Career Development and Coaching at the Milwaukee School of Engineering and has been a Career Coach since April 2024. As the Coach and Founder of KATULA Coaching, established in October 2020, Allison provides career, leadership, and life coaching services, along with group training. Previously, Allison held the position of Executive Director at Good Friend, Inc. from May 2022 to March 2024, focusing on autism awareness and acceptance, and served as Executive Director at Family Service of Waukesha from February 2020 to October 2020. With a strong background in nonprofit leadership, Allison also worked at Lutheran Home & Harwood Place as VP and COO, as well as held various roles at the Milwaukee Art Museum and Remedy Intelligent Staffing. Educational credentials include a Master’s degree in Nonprofit Management and Leadership from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, a Bachelor’s degree in Theatre from Rollins College, and additional certifications in leadership, human resources, and professional coaching.
