Sheku Kamara has been a prominent figure at Milwaukee School of Engineering since October 1996, serving as Dean of Applied Research and Director of the Rapid Prototyping Consortium, where efforts included recruiting new members and organizing bi-monthly meetings. Previous experience includes managing operations to support over 65 companies in product development and overseeing research assistants in rapid prototyping technologies. Kamara held leadership roles with the 3DS Users Group, including Chairperson in 2008 and Vice Chairperson in 2007, and gained early experience as a Student Intern at Daimler and a Research & Teaching Assistant at Fourah Bay College. Kamara earned an MSE in Mechanical & Electrical Engineering from Milwaukee School of Engineering and a BSMEng Hons. in Mechanical Engineering from Fourah Bay College.
