Tracy Buczek

Tracy Buczek has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources. Tracy started their career at Federal Tool & Engineering in 2008 as an Associate Development/Human Resources. Tracy then moved on to Roaring Fork Restaurant Group in 2014, where they worked as a Payroll and Benefits Specialist. In 2015, Tracy joined Milwaukee School of Engineering, where they held several roles including Payroll/Benefits Coordinator, Assistant Director of Human Resources, and currently as the Associate Director of Human Resources. Their experience spans over 13 years in the human resources field.

Tracy Buczek earned an Associate's Degree in Human Resources from Lakeshore Technical College between 2011 and 2014. Tracy then pursued a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources at Concordia University-Wisconsin from 2016 to 2021.
