Jen Dirks

Jen Dirks serves as the President & CEO of TEMPO since August 2014, overseeing day-to-day operations and collaborating with various committees to lead key initiatives aimed at empowering women leaders. In addition to this role, Jen is an Adjunct Instructor at Marquette University and serves on multiple boards, including the Milwaukee Symphony Orchestra and PEARLS for Teen Girls, where Jen is the Board Chair. Jen's previous positions include Director of Corporate Communications & Public Relations at CliftonLarsonAllen, as well as roles in public relations at Bader Rutter and Zeppos & Associates, and as Executive Producer/Reporter at WDJT CBS 58. Jen holds a Bachelor of Science in Mass Communications from Illinois State University.
