Kristen Sullivan, PHR, SHRM-CP has over 18 years of work experience in Human Resources. Kristen began their career as an Account Manager at CDW in 2001 and then moved to New Horizons of Hawaii as a Career Education Specialist in 2002. In 2003, they became an Account Manager at CareerBuilder.com and then a Recruiter at McKinsey & Company in 2005. In 2009, Kristen joined Olenick & Associates as an Employee Services Manager. In 2014, they became a Field Human Resources Manager at Steak n Shake and then a Regional Human Resources Manager at American Signature Inc. in 2016. Currently, Kristen is a Senior Human Resources Manager at Milyli. Throughout their career, they have been involved in leadership development, succession planning, coaching, corrective action, employee engagement, interviewing, hiring, employee relations investigations, and regulatory compliance.

Kristen Sullivan obtained their Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Illinois State University in 2000. In 2011, they obtained their Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI. In 2015, they obtained their SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) certification from SHRM. In 2021, they obtained their AIRS Professional Recruiter Certification from AIRS powered by ADP.
