Deb Paulk, MBA, CPHRM, CPHQ, has an extensive career in quality management and educational administration. Currently serving as the Quality Outcomes & Risk Manager, Facility Compliance Officer, and Facility Privacy Officer at Mimbres Memorial Hospital since August 2011, Deb brings a wealth of experience from previous roles, including a long-standing consultancy in quality improvement since 1998. Prior positions include Director of Clinical Management and Executive Director for Enrollment Services at Pacific University, as well as various registrar roles at Santa Fe University of Art and Design, Western New Mexico University, and other institutions. Deb holds an MBA in Business Administration and a BA in Business Management from Western New Mexico University, complemented by a high school diploma from Cobre High School.

Mimbres Memorial Hospital is the community healthcare provider; a 25–bed Critical Access Hospital, inpatient facility with, outpatient, medical, surgical, diagnostic and emergency care for the southwestern New Mexico region. Additionally, we offer a Skilled Nursing Unit and Long Term Care. The Mimbres Professional Building is located on the hospital campus with the entrance on 8th Street. It houses physician practices with these specialties and services: •Cardiology •Orthopedic Surgery •General Surgery •Podiatry •OB/GYN •Family Practice •Pain Management Clinic services can be found inside the hospital with access from the 900 West Ash Street entrance.
