Gabrielle Fife, PMP, is an accomplished Project Manager with extensive experience in improving operational processes and ensuring project delivery within scope, time, and budget. Currently working at MIMCO since December 2022, Gabrielle reviews and develops processes to maximize growth while managing schedules and preparing KPI reports. Previously, at Interior Logic Group, Inc., Gabrielle coordinated project completion for multiple builder locations, effectively communicating with stakeholders to deliver projects on time and within budget. Gabrielle also served as a Business Development and Project Manager at Trendsetters, where collaboration with various departments led to enhanced brand development and profitability. With a foundation in technical recruiting at Concentric Consulting Solutions and experience as a recruiter intern at Aerotek, Gabrielle possesses strong skills in talent acquisition and relationship management. Gabrielle holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from The University of Saint Katherine and an Associate's degree in Mathematics from Palomar College.
