Tom Godber

Tom Godber is a seasoned professional in talent acquisition and human resources, serving as the Managing Partner and Founder of The Highfield Partnership since August 2012, a niche consulting firm specializing in talent acquisition and HR solutions. In addition to this role, Tom founded MyHiringBuddy in March 2022 to streamline the recruitment process for businesses.
