Alex Teklenburg

Alex Teklenburg has extensive experience in the cybersecurity and IT support sectors, currently serving as a Cyber Security Specialist at Mimecast since November 2016, where responsibilities include troubleshooting technical support cases, training clients, and managing customer feedback. Previously, Alex worked at IT Evolution as a Technical Support Consultant from July 2011 to October 2016, providing comprehensive IT support to clients. Alex holds a Certificate in C++ as a second language from the University of South Africa, obtained between 2011 and 2012.
