Bob Adams

Bob Adams is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in sales engineering and technical support. Currently serving as Sr. Manager - Sales Engineering at Mimecast since February 2015, Bob has held various roles including Sales Engineering Manager and Product Marketing Manager - Security, where a passion for public speaking and global content delivery was leveraged to communicate Mimecast's message effectively. Previously, from May 2006 to February 2015, Bob worked at IBM in several software engineering roles, progressing from Lotus Notes Client Level 2 Support to Technical Team Lead for IBM SmartCloud Notes and Connections Cloud L2 Support, demonstrating a strong aptitude for handling complex technical challenges. Bob holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Framingham State University.
