Bob Andros

Bob Andros is a seasoned leader in business transformation with extensive experience in strategic initiatives and operational management. Currently serving as the Sr. Director of Business Transformation at Mimecast since August 2022, Bob oversees the development and governance of transformation initiatives in collaboration with the CEO and executive team. Prior to this role, Bob spent over 14 years at Cisco, where leadership positions included Lead for CX Transformational Growth Initiatives and Sr. Manager of Transformational Strategy, successfully driving initiatives within a $14B Customer Experience team. Bob's earlier career includes positions at Intel, focusing on supply chain management and procurement, as well as analysis roles at CSK Auto. Bob holds an MBA in Finance and Marketing and a Strategy Execution Certificate from Harvard Business School.
