Douglas Ormerod

Douglas Ormerod is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business analysis and CRM implementation, currently serving as the Lead Business Analyst at Mimecast since August 2014. In this role, Douglas leads a team of contractors to implement Salesforce CRM and drive organizational change through business process improvement and standardization. Douglas has held various positions, including Business Solutions Analyst and Business Analyst, where responsibilities included enterprise architecture reviews, technology evaluations, and achieving GDPR compliance. Previously, Douglas worked at Hart Square as a CRM Consultant, at The Mind Gym as a CRM Engineer, and at UK online centres in a similar capacity, among other roles in earlier organizations such as Learndirect, NHS Primary Care Trust, and Lloyds TSB. Douglas holds an International Diploma in Business Analysis from BCS and a degree in Business Studies from the University of Wales, Cardiff.
