Joslyn Bruiners is an experienced IT professional with a strong background in managed services and technical support. Currently serving as a Managed Services Lead Engineer at Mimecast, a position held since February 2021, Joslyn previously worked as a Managed Services Engineer. Prior to Mimecast, a role as a 2nd Line Support Services Engineer at Content+Cloud involved providing remote support to clients across various regions, including the UK, Singapore, and the US. Joslyn began in the tech field as a Desktop Support Intern with the Western Cape Government. Academic achievements include a Matric with a Bachelor’s pass from Athlone High School, completed in 2012.
