Tracey Firman

Tracey Firman possesses extensive experience in executive support and management roles, currently serving as the Executive Lead to the CEO and President/Chief Operating Officer at Mimecast since November 2016. Prior to this role, Tracey worked at Signiant as an Executive Assistant and HR Supervisor, and held office management positions at Cartiza Networks and BlueNote Networks. Additionally, experience includes serving as Implementation Project Manager/Critical Account Manager at Lightship Telecom and DSL Provisioning Supervisor at Genuity. Tracey holds a SHRM Certificate in Human Resources from Merrimack College and has attended the University of Massachusetts Lowell and the University of South Florida.
