Carol A. Devlin

Carol A. Devlin, PhD, MSN, RN, RNFA, CNOR, currently serves as a Medical Science Liaison at MiMedx, a position held since December 2022. With extensive experience in nursing education and clinical practice, Devlin previously held the role of Instructor/Clinical Adjunct at Jefferson University College of Nursing from January 2018 to November 2022, leading undergraduate courses, mentoring students, and facilitating transition to remote learning during the COVID-19 pandemic. Additional experience includes serving as an Adjunct Faculty member at Villanova University and as a Registered Nurse First Assistant at Main Line Health, where Devlin was actively involved in perioperative care and training. Devlin earned a PhD in Nursing Education from Villanova University and is recognized for contributions to nursing education, clinical skills development, and enhancing patient outcomes through innovative teaching methods and leadership in the nursing field.
