Tom Shaulinski, RPh has a diverse work experience spanning over three decades. Tom has held various roles at different companies, including MiMedx, Ortho Clinical Diagnostics, Professional Consulting, and Eli Lilly and Company.
At MiMedx, Tom served as the Associate Director of Inside Sales and Business Development from June 2023 onwards. Prior to that, they worked at Ortho Clinical Diagnostics, where they served as the Virtual-Inside Assay/Menu Growth Sales Specialists Team Leader from July 2021 to December 2022, and as the Sales/Inside Sales Leader from December 2018 to December 2022.
Before joining Ortho Clinical Diagnostics, Tom worked as a Principal and Consultant at Professional Consulting from March 2018 to September 2018. Tom has also spent a significant portion of their career at Eli Lilly and Company, where they held various roles. These include Senior New England Regional Sales Leader/Biologic Division from January 2016 to December 2017, Senior Hospital Regional Accounts Manager from July 2013 to December 2015, Senior District Sales Manager from January 2007 to June 2013, District Sales Manager from March 2001 to December 2006, and Oncology Sales Training Manager from January 2000 to March 2001. Additionally, they began their career at Eli Lilly and Company with field sales positions in primary care and neuroscience specialty from July 1988 to June 1995, and later served as a Disease State Specialist/Oncology from July 1995 to January 1998.
Throughout their career, Tom has been recognized for their outstanding sales performance, leadership skills, and contribution to team development. Tom has received various awards and achievements, including the Master Performer Award and Peer Award. Tom has also demonstrated expertise in areas such as sales training, marketing, thought leader development, and strategic account planning.
