Serdar Serttop

Serdar Serttop is the current Chief Technical Officer at Mimiq, a position they have held for 5 years and 4 months. Prior to Mimiq, Serdar worked as a Project Engineer at Acrome for 8 months. Serdar has also completed internships at Mavili Elektronik and Vemus Elektronik, both lasting 3 months.

Serdar’s experience in the tech industry began when they completed their first internship at Mavili Elektronik. Serdar then went on to complete a second internship at Vemus Elektronik before being hired as a Project Engineer at Acrome. It was during their time at Acrome that Serdar developed the idea for Mimiq, a smart mimic that would eventually become their flagship product.

In 2015, Serdar founded Mimiq with the goal of creating technology that would make it easier for people to interact with their devices. After 5 years of hard work, Mimiq has become a leading provider of voice-controlled interfaces. Thanks to Serdar’s vision and leadership, Mimiq is changing the way we interact with the world around us.

Serdar Serttop has a Bachelor's degree in Electrical & Electronic Engineering from the University of Ljubljana and a Master's degree in Crisis/Emergency/Disaster Management from Istanbul Technical University.
