Paula Baldassarro

Paula Baldassarro has extensive experience in the food retail and service industry, currently serving as the Team Leader of Service and Warranty at Mimosa Homes Pty Ltd since January 2022. Prior to this role, Paula was a Trading Assistant at Freshmax from October 2020 to December 2021 and held various positions at Coles from October 2013 to October 2020, including Fresh Produce Manager, Customer Service Manager, and QC Lead. In earlier experience, Paula worked as an Assistant Store Manager at Long Valley Fresh from 2010 to 2013, where responsibilities included client relationship management and business development. Throughout these roles, Paula has demonstrated strong leadership, team management, and operational skills.
