Hilla Shoham is an experienced talent acquisition professional currently serving as the Head of Talent Acquisition at Mimun Yashir since June 2021. Prior to this role, Hilla held positions including HRBP and Recruitment Manager at Psagot Investment House from 2017 to May 2021, and Senior Recruitment Specialist at Menora Mivtachim Insurance LTD from 2015 to 2017. Hilla's career in human resources began as a Human Resources Specialist and Recruiter at Psagot Investment House from 2013 to 2015, following a role as Head of Recruitment and Diagnosis Unit at Adam Milo from 2006 to 2013. Hilla holds an M.A. in Organizational Consulting and Development from The College of Management Academic Studies (2009-2012) and a B.A. in Psychology from The Open University of Israel (2000-2003).
