Rachel Collins Clarke

Rachel Collins Clarke is a seasoned legal executive with extensive experience in the biotechnology sector, currently serving as Chief Legal Officer and General Counsel at Minaris Advanced Therapies since May 2025. Previously, Rachel held roles at Adaptimmune as Senior Director, Senior Associate Counsel, and at Spark Therapeutics, Inc. as Director, Senior Counsel, where responsibilities included advising on T-cell therapy launches and overseeing commercial litigation. Rachel's legal career began at Cozen O'Connor, where representation spanned multiple regulated industries, and earlier experience includes serving as an Assistant District Attorney in the Philadelphia District Attorney's Office and working as a Legislative Assistant for UPS. Rachel holds a Juris Doctor from Georgetown University Law Center and a Bachelor of Arts in Government from William & Mary.
