Eric Powers is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in organizational development, communications, and marketing within the cell therapy and biotechnology sectors. Currently serving as Director of Organizational Communications and Development at Minaris Regenerative Medicine, Eric has successfully implemented a five-year culture transformation plan, initiated diversity, equity, and inclusion programs, and launched employee engagement and professional development initiatives. Prior to this role, Eric held senior positions at Hitachi Chemical Advanced Therapeutics Solutions and Caladrius Biosciences, where responsibilities included directing corporate communications, marketing strategies, and stakeholder engagement. Eric's diverse background also includes consulting, project management, and leadership roles in various industries, highlighting a robust skill set in strategic planning and operational management. Eric holds an MBA from Baruch College and a BA from Williams College.
