Dorrian Horsey

Dorrian Horsey is an experienced attorney currently serving at Minc Law since January 2018, specializing in privacy and cybersecurity law, advising clients on data privacy regulations, cybersecurity controls, and related issues. Previously, Dorrian completed a full-stack coding boot camp at We Can Code IT in 2017 and worked as an associate at Brooks, Pierce, McLendon, Humphrey & Leonard, LLP, focusing on media and communications law from 2011 to 2013. Additional experience includes roles as a hearing officer at the Employment Security Commission and a lobbyist for the North Carolina Family Policy Council. Prior positions also include litigation associate at Vorys, Sater, Seymour and Pease LLP, and internships at Brooks, Pierce, McLendon, Humphrey & Leonard, LLP, and the North Carolina Policy Council. Dorrian holds a J.D. from Duke University School of Law and a B.S. in Marketing from Hampton University.
