Previously, Dorrian completed a full-stack coding boot camp at We Can Code IT in 2017 and worked as an associate at Brooks, Pierce, McLendon, Humphrey & Leonard, LLP, focusing on media and communications law from 2011 to 2013. Additional experience includes roles as a hearing officer at the Employment Security Commission and a lobbyist for the North Carolina Family Policy Council. Prior positions also include litigation associate at Vorys, Sater, Seymour and Pease LLP, and internships at Brooks, Pierce, McLendon, Humphrey & Leonard, LLP, and the North Carolina Policy Council. Dorrian holds a J.D. from Duke University School of Law and a B.S. in Marketing from Hampton University.
