Hazwani Ab Rashid has a diverse work experience starting from 2014. Hazwani began their career as a Retail Assistant at Baskin Robbins, where they gained valuable customer service and interpersonal skills. In 2016, they worked as a QAQC Engineer Trainee at Zikay Group Sdn Bhd, where they were involved in quality assurance and quality control tasks for the construction project of TAMU Hotel and Residence. In 2020, they became a Jr. Traffic/Transport Engineer at MDS Traffic Planners & Consultants. Currently, in 2021, they are working at Minconsult Sdn Bhd as an Engineer.

Hazwani Ab Rashid completed a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from Universiti Teknologi MARA from 2017 to 2020. Prior to that, they obtained a Diploma in Civil Engineering from the same institution from 2014 to 2017. In 2012 to 2013, they attended Sekolah Menengah Teknik Kuala Lumpur (TIKL), where they studied Civil Engineering. Additionally, they hold a CIDB Green Card (526 Tred: Civil Engineering) from CIDB Malaysia, although the month and year of obtaining the certification are unknown.
