Ir. Ts. Kelly L.

Ir. Ts. Kelly L. is a Senior Geotechnical Engineer at Asia Infrastructure Solutions since July 2023, and has an extensive background in geotechnical engineering gained through various roles at Minconsult Sdn Bhd, including Manager, Assistant Manager, and Senior Engineer, starting from September 2017. Kelly holds a Master of Philosophy in Civil Engineering from The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology, achieved between August 2009 and February 2012, and a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from Universiti Tenaga Nasional, completed from July 2004 to February 2009.
