Mohd Amsyar Haniff Mohammad Hashim has a diverse work experience in the construction industry. Mohd Amsyar Haniff is currently serving as a Senior Project Engineer at Land Transport Authority (LTA) Singapore. Prior to this, they worked at Minconsult Sdn Bhd as an Assistant Resident Engineer, where they played a crucial role in the construction of the LRT3 Line Project. Their responsibilities included monitoring construction quality, progress of work, and reporting data.

Before that, Amsyar worked as a Project Manager at Shaz Empire Sdn Bhd, overseeing the construction of bridge structures for Setiawangsa-Pantai Expressway (SPE)-DUKE Phase 3. Mohd Amsyar Haniff was responsible for project planning, execution, monitoring, and cost estimation.

Mohd Amsyar Haniff also gained experience as a Civil Engineer at MRCB George Kent Sdn Bhd (MRCBGK), where they contributed to the construction of the LRT3 project. In this role, they served as the PDP for the underground package, responsible for the construction of a tunnel and other related structures.
