Mary Waceke Munene

Mary Waceke Munene has a diverse work experience starting from 2018. Mary Waceke began as an Executive Director at The Blue Company Project, where they successfully established a partnership with UNODC and secured sponsorship for anti-bribery training and whistleblower protection. From 2018 to 2020, they also recruited numerous private sector partners and associations across East Africa.

After that, Mary worked as a Business/Project Analyst at Jubilee Insurance, where they tracked project progress, documented requirements, and maintained effective communication across different areas and teams.

In 2021, Mary joined JPMorgan Chase & Co. as a Business Systems Analyst, where they played a role in gathering requirements, performing systems analysis, and serving as a functional lead on projects.

In 2022, Mary joined Smart Data Analytic Inc as a Business Data Analyst, where they provided management with a data dashboard, elicited payment system requirements, and conducted gap analysis.

Later in 2022, they joined MIND 24-7 as a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst and later as a Business Data Analyst. In this role, they led and participated in task forces, developed innovative data analytical solutions, and created reports and visualizations to communicate data-driven insights.

Mary Waceke Munene has a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Finance from Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology. In 2022, they attended the Texas McCombs School of Business to earn a degree in Business Analytics with a focus on Data Analytics. Mary Waceke is also pursuing a Master's of Science in Business Analytics from Grand Canyon University, which is expected to be completed in 2024.
