Dr. Laura Hayes

Dr. Laura Hayes is an accomplished professional in the field of psychology, currently serving as the Research and Evaluation Manager and Senior Researcher at Mind Australia Limited since June 2019. Prior experience includes roles as a Research Specialist at the Parenting Research Centre from 2016 to June 2019 and as the Research Development Manager at the Psychosocial Research Centre, University of Melbourne, from September 2006 to March 2016. Additionally, Dr. Hayes contributed as a researcher for the Ripple Project at Orygen, The National Centre of Excellence in Youth Mental Health, from June 2014 to June 2015. Dr. Hayes holds a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Psychology from the University of Melbourne, earned between 2008 and 2014.
