Gracie Karabinis

Gracie Karabinis is an experienced leader in people and risk management, currently serving as the Executive Director of People Experience at Mind Australia since January 2023. Prior to this role, Gracie held the position of Group Manager for People, Culture and Community at Yarra City Council from April 2018 to December 2022, also taking on the role of Acting Manager for Health, Safety and Risk during this time. Previous experience includes various managerial positions at Darebin City Council, including Manager of Corporate Risk and Audit, and roles at Moonee Valley City Council as Risk Management Coordinator.
