Lena Risteski

Lena Risteski has extensive experience in the mental health and support services sector, currently serving as the After Hours Helpline and Diversity and Inclusion Project Coordinator at Mind Australia Limited since March 2015, where the focus includes achieving Rainbow Tick Accreditation. Prior roles include Carer Support Worker, NDIS Counsellor, and Lead Practitioner - Carer Counsellor, which involved facilitating supervision and guided meditation groups. Lena Risteski also held the position of Acting Service Manager, overseeing the Personal Helpers and Mentions team and managing various administrative functions.
