Carl Thomas has over 18 years of professional experience. From 2003 to 2007, they worked as a Senior Account Executive at Household Finance. From 2007 to 2008, they worked as an Account Specialist at NeuStar Ultra Services. From 2008 to 2015, they worked as a Senior Software Support Specialist and Account Specialist at Personify Corp. From 2015 to 2017, they worked as an IT Project Analyst at C2 Solutions Group, Inc. From 2017 to 2019, they worked as a Business Analyst at Kforce Government Solutions, Inc. From 2019 to 2021, they worked as a Business Analyst at ManTech. Carl is currently working as a Program Planner/Vertical Lead and supervising a team of 6 peers at ProSoDel (Professional Solutions Delivered, LLC). Carl has produced deliverables (process flows, guides and dashboards) defining the VA's IT Centralized Request Intake and Analysis process.

Carl Thomas attended Park View High School from 1993 to 1997, where they studied General Studies. Carl then went on to George Mason University, where they earned a B.A. in Economics from 1997 to 2002. In April 2020, they obtained a Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) certification from the Scrum Alliance.
