Giorgiana Diaconu

Giorgiana Diaconu has over a decade of experience in technical support and customer service. Currently serving as a Technical Support Engineer at MIND CTI since November 2014, Giorgiana provides support for the billing software developed by the company and collaborates daily with clients and other departments to address customer issues effectively. Previously, from May 2007 to November 2014, Giorgiana worked as a Computer Operator at RCS & RDS, where responsibilities included handling and resolving residential customer inquiries with a focus on providing accurate information and maintaining accountability for service quality. Giorgiana holds a master's degree in Economics, specializing in Banking and Financial Markets, as well as an undergraduate degree in Finance and Banking, both from Universitatea „Alexandru Ioan Cuza” din Iași.
