Charlotte Chambers began their work experience in 2018 as an Associate Consultant at Venn Group. Charlotte quickly progressed through the company, being promoted to Consultant and then to Senior Consultant within their first year. During their time at Venn Group, Charlotte specialized in interim and contract recruitment for Charity and Commercial Finance.

In 2020, Charlotte transitioned to the University of Oxford as an HR Coordinator, where they managed recruitment and onboarding for multiple institutes. Charlotte demonstrated a strong understanding of employment law and received recognition for their contributions to the Nuffield Department of Medicine HR Centre of Excellence. Charlotte later became an HR Officer, where they managed operational HR functions for the Department of Politics and International Relations and the Reuters Institute for the Study of Journalism. Charlotte played a pivotal role in coordinating diversity initiatives and implementing changes to the casual worker process.

Currently, Charlotte is working as a People Operations Administrator for Mind Foundry. Their main focus is creating an environment that allows the team to excel at every stage of their journey at the company. Charlotte has led new staff onboarding projects and has renewed and developed policies, procedures, and processes.

Charlotte Chambers has a diverse educational background. Charlotte earned their CIPD Level 5, Associate Diploma in People Management from CIPD Qualifications in 2021-2022. In 2017-2018, they pursued a Master of Arts (MA) in Early Modern History at King's College London. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) with First Class Honours in History from the University of Greenwich, where they studied from 2014 to 2017. In addition to their academic degrees, Charlotte has obtained several certifications. In November 2022, they completed the "Payroll for non-payroll professionals" course offered by The Chartered Institute of Payroll Professionals (CIPP). Charlotte also acquired a "Standard DBS" certification from the Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) in April 2022. Charlotte became a certified "Mental Health First Aider" through Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) England Instructor Members in April 2023. Charlotte has also obtained certifications in "Fire Safety at Work" from The Institute of Fire Safety Managers - IFSM in January 2023 and "First Aid At Work" from St John Ambulance in July 2022.
