Monick Evans

Monick Evans is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in organizational consulting and behavioral change. Currently serving as Practice Lead at MindGym since March 2022, Monick specializes in delivering measurable behavioral change through innovative tools and experiences. Prior roles include Account Director at Pinsent Masons, focusing on diversity and inclusion consultancy, and Senior Client Partner at Korn Ferry, where Monick managed client accounts and led employee experience programs across EMEA. Monick's earlier experience spans significant positions at Willis Towers Watson, where responsibilities included project leadership across the Asia Pacific region, and roles in psychological assessments at Chester Therapy Centre. Monick holds an International MBA from the University of Bristol and Ecole Nationale de Ponts et Chausees, as well as a Master’s degree in Psychology from the University of Leeds.
