Andy Galbraith

Andy Galbraith is an experienced finance professional currently serving as Head of Finance at Manchester University NHS Foundation Trust since March 2025. In addition to this role, Andy is a Treasurer and Trustee for Mind and a Trustee for Disability Positive, contributing to strategic and financial oversight. As an Independent Consultant since February 2013, Andy specializes in strategic financial, operations, and programme management services. Previous experience includes senior management roles at Wirral Council, transformation programme finance at Manchester University NHS Foundation Trust, and various finance director positions at Capita and the BBC.
