Maiya Rahman

Maiya Rahman currently serves as the Head of Strategy, Planning & Performance at Mind, where responsibilities include leading the strategy component of a large-scale change program, refreshing the equity strategy, and supporting senior management across seven directorates. With prior experience as a Strategy & Operations Consultant at Amaliah and as a Project Manager for Save the Children UK's Global Malnutrition Initiative, Maiya has demonstrated expertise in project management, strategic support, and performance reporting. Additional roles include Senior Project Manager for the anti-racism strategy at Shelter UK and various campaign management positions at Islamic Relief UK, showcasing a strong background in organizational strategy and cross-functional team collaboration. Maiya holds a Bachelor of Science in Neuroscience from King's College London.
