Terri Seaton

Terri Seaton is a Lived Experience Support Worker at Oxleas NHS Foundation Trust since February 2023, focusing on involving service users in mental health program activities and evaluations. Additionally, Terri serves as a Peer Engagement Facilitator in an acute mental health ward, promoting social interaction and self-esteem among female patients. From November 2020, Terri has worked as a Support Worker at Mind, providing respite and promoting independence for families dealing with dementia. Prior to this, Terri held various managerial roles at Morses Club Ltd from May 2002 to July 2020, including Area Manager, where the responsibility encompassed overseeing multiple managers and agents to achieve company performance targets. Earlier experience includes serving as a Marine Engineer Mechanic in the Royal Navy from October 1995 to September 1998, ensuring the maintenance and optimal functioning of mechanical systems aboard warships. Educational background includes attendance at Sedgehill Comprehensive from 1987 to 1994.
