Brent Paugh has extensive experience in the field of business intelligence and data analytics. Brent currently works as the Business Intelligence Manager at Mind Over Machines, where they are responsible for managing the business intelligence client portfolio and enabling clients to identify and act on insights quickly. Prior to this, Brent worked at 14 West, where they held various roles. As a Data Analytics Architect & Development Manager, they led the design of an analytical data warehouse and implemented cloud-based tools such as Snowflake, DBT, and ThoughtSpot. Brent also developed a reference handbook and worked on creating a predictive analytics framework. Brent also served as a Data Analytics Development Manager, where they implemented a big data architecture and set standards for Qlikview and Qliksense. Brent developed a predictive analytics framework that generated significant revenue for the company. Earlier in their career, Brent worked as a Data Integration Engineer at 14 West, where they developed and managed data integrations between systems and designed customer-centric measures for personalized marketing. Prior to joining 14 West, Brent worked as a Business Intelligence Programer at CareFirst BlueCross BlueShield, where they implemented the Microsoft Business Intelligence Suite and worked closely with a team to ensure project success. Brent Paugh's education history begins in 2004 when they attended Frederick Community College. Brent studied Computer Science and obtained an Associate of Science degree in 2006. Following this, they went on to pursue further education at the University of Maryland Baltimore County. From 2006 to 2009, Brent completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science.
