Molly Boncaro

Molly Boncaro has extensive work experience primarily in the non-profit sector. Molly currently holds the position of Sr. Business Process Analyst at Mind Over Machines since July 2022. Prior to that, Molly worked at United Way Worldwide from March 2018 to July 2022 as the Vice President of Account Management, Configuration, and Implementation. In this role, they led the implementation of Salesforce Philanthropy Cloud and designed various customer success products. Molly also conceptualized and built the strategic plan for Salesforce Philanthropy Cloud's implementation and customer success.

Before joining United Way Worldwide, Molly held positions at United Way of Central Maryland. From 2016 to 2018, they served as the Vice President of Digital Solutions, overseeing a team and leading fundraising software solutions for over 100 customers.
