Alain Frank Doualla Dibotti is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer service and sales management. Currently serving as Customer Sales and Service Manager at Mindpearl since October 2011, Alain has also held roles as Team Lead and Customer Service Manager within the same company. Prior to Mindpearl, Alain worked as a Reservation Agent at Tray International from September 2008 to September 2011. Alain's academic credentials include a Bachelor of Technology in Internal Auditing and a National Diploma in Financial Information Systems, both obtained from Cape Peninsula University of Technology.
