Jodie Bailey, Ph.D., serves as a Math Specialist for grades 7-8 in the Hilliard City School District since August 2001, where significant contributions include professional development collaboration with a local university, implementation of various educational grants, and the development of resources for parents. Additional roles include serving as an Educational Consultant at MIND Education, creating curriculum materials for grades K-8, and teaching positions as an Adjunct Professor at Otterbein University and Capital University, focusing on mathematics methods courses. Jodie’s leadership experience includes past presidency of the Ohio Council of Teachers of Mathematics, where initiatives for diversity and inclusion were established, as well as work as a Professional Development Coordinator and classroom teacher in various educational environments. Jodie holds a Ph.D. in Mathematics Education from The Ohio State University, a Master's in Educational Administration from the University of Dayton, and a Bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education from Miami University.
