Victor started their career as a Technical Support Specialist/Customer Support at M.I.N.D Institute before joining MIND Research Institute in 2008. Over the years, Victor has worked their way up to become the DevOps & IT Manager, with previous roles as Senior Systems Administrator and IT Systems Administrator. Victor is skilled in user administration, backup policy creation and maintenance, server installation and configuration, and transitioning to Office 365. Victor holds a degree in Economics from UC Irvine.
