Ana Carolina Mendes Cruz is a seasoned business manager with extensive experience in various roles within the human resources and management sectors. Currently serving as a Business Manager at Mind Source since April 2020, Ana previously held similar positions at NOESIS Portugal from February 2016 to March 2020 and worked as an IT Recruiter. Early career development included serving as an HR Consultant at Certho Recursos Humanos, Lda, and as an HR Trainee at CGD. Ana's academic credentials feature a postgraduate degree in Business Management from ISEG - Lisbon School of Economics & Management, a Master's degree in Human Resources from the University of Lisbon, and a Licentiate degree in Psychology from the same institution, complemented by an Erasmus program at Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona.
