Angel Martin

Angel Martin, PHR, SHRM-CP, has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as the Director of People Operations at Mind Springs Health & West Springs Hospital since June 2007, after progressing through roles such as Assistant Director, Human Resources Manager, and Human Resources Generalist II. Prior to this, Angel held the position of Employment Specialist at Hilltop Community Resources for almost a year and served as the Human Resources Administrator/Manager at SMG/Peoria Civic Center. Earlier career roles include Human Resources Coordinator at John P. Pearl & Associates and Human Resources Assistant at Thompson Food Basket. Angel earned a Bachelor of Business Administration with a focus in Human Resource Management from Western Illinois University, completing the degree in 1990.
